Everything feels totally pointless and I feel like I am losing my direction

I know it is because I am about to get my period and fk hormones

It still sucks to feel this way, even though I know I just have to wait it out

I really wish women had a little more support and understanding around that time of the month. It is disruptive and messy and mood altering out of control. Just give us a week off.

@ScreamingFox yeah there is so much we don't even know about our own bodies, and we're not guided in any way when we're younger... I am nearly 40 and just learning about all of this stuff and how it connects together
