Outgrowing my life

I feel like I’m outgrowing my entire life in my hometown and now I can’t unsee it. Nothing feels new, everything is hollow. I just sort of go through the motions and act like a security blanket for the people in my life who don’t care if I’m happy as long as I’m near them. I long to be free, to travel the world, to not waste away working 40+ hours a week, go out with friends on the weekends and pretend it’s enough. How do I get out of here?

That’s life my friend, as an adult, you get stuck into a certain routine but I can imagine it’s more daunting in a small town but a big city can also feel overwhelming and lonely 🤷🏻‍♂

@Onyx235 there is of course, you’re still starting out and have a lot to explore but I’m just saying in general, life as a responsible adult, is like that 🤷🏻‍♂
