Thank you. And be sure to apply those words to yourself as well.
As a kid, I was picked on by bullies and made fun of for being bad at sports. Then in the seventh grade I was sexually harassed by a teacher (long before anyone had the language for talking about such a thing.)
It took me decades before I realized how those things affected me as an adult. I can have that negative voice in my head as well, and I have not always dealt with that voice in healthy ways.
But I got some help, and I understand myself a lot better now. I still have progress to make, but I am on the right road, and I feel good about it.
And I wish the same outcome for you!

I'm sorry that you had to go through so much, especially since you were young. But it's inspiring to hear how far you've come and the insights you've gained. The path to healing isn’t easy, but the fact that you’re walking it with awareness and courage is something to be proud of. I truly appreciate your kind words and I’ll do my best to apply them.
Wishing you continued strength and peace on your journey.
