Not everyone who opens up about their pain is seeking attention.

Sometimes, they’re simply searching for understanding. For a reason to hold on.
For someone to say, I hear you. I see you. You are not alone. You may not fully understand what they’re going through. You might not be able to fix it.

But you can listen. You can remind them they matter.

It's like how the word trigger has become taboo somehow .But people do get triggered and alking about it can help people identify where the triggers come from .I used to do serious posts about stuff like child abuse . Now I'm pretty much limited to posting music links and have even been chastised for that.

I noticed. I used to appreciate your writings, I still do. Your poetry is so genuine and beautiful I wonder how anyone would blame you for it.
You survived the impossible and you are writing about it. If anything, people should cherish the trust you put in us and the bravery it takes to write all of that.
