Okay so I don't believe in ghosts or anything but I genuinely keep seeing someone out of the corner of my eye and have since I woke up today

I thought it was just the market building but it's happening at home so maybe I have a brain tumor????

Not necessarily, could also be something eye related, affecting peripheral vision. Better get it checked
