Brief review...

I'm working on 3 main fields
1. My Art-Work
2. Kungfu practice
3. Meditation


1. Area number one is still attached to emotional changes but I recognise that is much solid in Time. Then I'd like to figure that sweet pattern whereas it will be rolling and I'll be feeling fulfilment.

2. So I am feeling like I've found solidity, structure and most importantly JOY in my Kung Fu practice and so it goes well.

3. With meditation there's still work to be done. I'm not fulfilling the bare minimum that I've set and I might need to reduce it to 15 min and so to get it done. Doing it is more important at this point than doing it right, doing it enough, doing it according to such and such.

this is amazing! rooting for you! I am wanting to go back to karate, kickboxing, and dancing classes. I also use insight timer for meditation. I enjoy my peace and inner healing
