Biggest gift ever given.

Some time back, someone gave me a look of complete dedication and devotion. A look of total surrender and trust.

I thought that was the biggest gift anyone had ever given to me.

My unpopular opinion is that the biggest “gift” ever given was the abandonment of the males most advantageous reproductive strategy, I.e. broadcast, in favor of the females most advantageous strategy, the nuclear family. It was a wise move since it allows for the development of cultures, structure and the passing along of more than just genes.
