Your daily dose of happy Miram things 🍑🌰🍐

Baby peaches, apricots, plums and almonds.

And these sticks are bunch of baby trees. As soon as they develop strong roots, I relocate them. It is easier to have them in a closer spot while they grow stronger.

And a bunch of foods I made for peeps. The big pot contains a soup called Harira. It was one my uncle's favorite foods. It is very high in vitamin C and nutritious. Makes me think of him whenever I make it.

More nature because it is peaceful and beautiful 🙇🏻‍♀

In about ten days, it will be the first cherry harvest this year. I am excited about that even though it will bring its own challenges.

How do you find time to do all this work on the farm and be in the medical profession at the same time?

I don't do it all alone, I have workers because it is large property. My shifts can be during the night which gives me time in the mornings. 1 night shift should give me 2 free days but sadly that isn't possible due to short staffing.

I have to cook regardless because of my own health conditions. I can't eat ready made foods. Lot of my recipes are either slow cooked tajines i leave on while asleep. Or I ise pressure cooker, or fast stirr fried dishes. It saves me time.

I also prepare things by the bulk on my free day.
