I keep some around that I rarely drink maybe a few times a year.
Mostly I cook with it. Both liqueurs and wines.
Including both Red and White wines and a bottle of Hennessy cognac.
I use burgundy for stews and Riesling or triple sec for fish and poultry...
Triple sec on tonight's dish...
Rarely I just might use either some Kahlua or Irish cream with a shot of Cognac in my coffee.
