Can u name a food that has sugar in it ? ๐Ÿซ

I mean like it must have sugar in order for it to be what it is. Don't tell me about potato chips either.๐Ÿ˜‚
I'm talking about something that is sweet or somewhat
sugary. How about a cake. It's obvious that most of them do have sugar in it of course. What do you have. Best answer wins. โ˜บ ๐Ÿญ

Uhm, so all pastries, icecream, honey, chocolate, gummy candy, liquorice, caramel, all fruit, a ton of asian dishes, and everything else sweet?

@Zonuss Is orange not a fruit lmao?

@Nightwings All fruit has fructose! Even tomatoes which is a fruit.

@DeWayfarer Yes. Avocadoes, bananas, cranberries, cantaloupe, lemons and limes, oranges, pineapple, and strawberries, don't have as much fructose as many other fruits however.

@Nightwings The type of sugars though, which is FRUCTOSE all make them FRUIT!

The name FRUCTOSE makes all of them all FRUIT!

There's no Glucose in them at all! Nor is there any lactose or maltose!

BTW there's only two more natural sugars which are fairly new discoveries.
Nightwings ยท 31-35, F
@DeWayfarer Fruit contains glucose and sucrose as well.

@Nightwings the PRIMARY sugar is FRUCTOSE in ALL FRUITS!

BTW even honey which is primarily glucose has other sugars. Yet they are not the primary sugars. It's so small that they are barely there.

@DeWayfarer She's saying things we already know. ๐Ÿ˜‚
