I mean like it must have sugar in order for it to be what it is. Don't tell me about potato chips either.๐ I'm talking about something that is sweet or somewhat sugary. How about a cake. It's obvious that most of them do have sugar in it of course. What do you have. Best answer wins. โบ ๐ญ

@Zonuss Onions are actually super sweet, it's just because they're spicy too, eaten raw, that we don't notice their sweetness that way. If you ever wanna make a dish sweeter, just add onion, or carrot, they will make it as sweet as if you put sugar in it haha.
@Zonuss Onions have sucrose, which is made from glucose and fructose, exactly the same as white table sugar. There is no such thing as "real heavy sugar" dear.
@Nightwings Of course there is. You have fructose corn syrup products that are unhealthy sugars in most cases. I think most people with common sense understood my question.โบ
@Zonuss You are simply wrong. One sugar is in fact not more or less healthy than the other. The sugar in acacia honey is just as unhealthy as corn syrup. There might be other things than sugar in acacia honey, which are healthy, but the sugar itself is equally unhealthy in any form. It is all the same. It is healthier to eat an apple than a donut, not because the sugar is a healthier type (no such thing), but because there are vitamins and fiber in an apple (fiber slows your blood sugar from quickly spiking), and a donut has 0 fiber, but it does have a lot of oil, typically also the kind of oil that unhealthy to eat after heating. It is not my fault that you don't understand what sugar, in all it's different forms, is.
@Zonuss You old people think you still live in a time when no one knows anything and everything is up for debate lol. Nowadays when you say something wrong on the internet, you can be corrected by a 12 year old who just looked it up before replying to you. Just open a new window in your browser and type: "Is there sugar in onions?" Make sure the source is credible, and boom there's your answer. โ๐ป
@Nightwings False. Processed sugar and natural or simple sugars are two totally different things. And how dare you compare an apple to a doughnut. You definitely lost after you said that on here. And you were saying.โบ
