Today I went to this local yoga class which was wonderful...

And then I was to go for a coffee by myself and enjoy the sun but this woman suggested that we go together...
And I spent so much time talking about myself that she ended up excusing herself and left.. she's in her 60s and I bet I made her dizzy with all of my stuff.

I was left feeling abandoned or rejected and like I overshared. I most definitely did. I mean she asked me but I don't need to go on and on and on... I must learn to wrap up my stories quickly once I get a signal that the other isn't able to listen.
I wasn't able to listen in this case, and she wasn't either. I should get the signals faster, but in order to doing so, I need to be listening....:(
I'm sorry baby, I'm telling myself, for turning a fun experience to this. And I'm moving on...:)

I've spent an hour doing yoga and now I'm about to work on my art business. I don't even know where to begin with it lol but let's see...
:)

Now if she suggests going again. Let her share and ask her questions. Then it won't seem weird at all.

@Bang5luts I'll do that, thank you 🙂

@being welcome
Sometimes we can make simple adjustments in certain situations that will help to change people's perspective on things and maybe change the way people feel about us

@Bang5luts yes, good thing is finally I'm able to correct things without being triggered to the point of immobilisation.
And guess what, good thing is I just made a new friend at my fav café. She's willing to come and visit me on the mountain! ..:)

Sometimes some things just happen the way they should .. ?

I mean, to learn, to recognise but then perhaps to redirect.. as you say, a simple adjustment... Now I think I have had enough of town's life and I'm going back up to my mountain 🌄

@being I can relate. I am tired of the towns people where I live right now also
