Exactly. Keep your head in the moment. It sounds like such a cliché, but its true.
I was working on something (it doesn’t matter what) and I noticed I was very dissatisfied, impatient, unhappy. I thought, "What is wrong? What is so bad?"
The answer? Nothing! Everything was fine, I just wanted to be doing something else.
So then I stopped, told myself, "You have to do this, so just enjoy it. You can do other stuff when you're done."
In other wirds, don't want to be there, just be here. It has really helped me be present and content and more patient.
