Today the plan is, I'm lighting no fire and sleep at 8

Today I am thinking how it would benefit me greatly if I could stick to the basics.
Like, food, exercise, art, leisure and to not be constantly overthinking things.
This "where all is going?" "Am I going to make my dreams come true" and "I'm having a great vision" are all starting to tire me.
