Good morning ๐ŸŒธ

It's windy and cloudy here. Fed the cats and now enjoying my morning coffee:) Today for a change I began with a ginger tea when I woke up instead of coffee.
Usually I'd have an early morning cup, then feed the cats, then some days have a second cup..

I'll begin slowly decreasing coffee. My aim is to have it once or twice a week for now, like I've managed for a whole year! I would have coffee as my weekly treat, on Saturday or Sunday. I'll get it slowly.

Now I like this change, to have ginger tea in the morning... Then postpone my coffee for later on.

I mean I do love coffee don't get me wrong.
But I prefer how my body learns to operate without it.

What else...Good, good..apart from windy and cloudy.

How are your mornings or evenings working out for you ?

Both are a bit of a mixed bag. I'm more and more often going without alcohol in the evening, and doing fine without it actually, except I can't sleep until 7 or 8 AM on those days.

Mornings are sometimes filled with lots of reading, while other days I sleep them away and don't get my day started until 6:30 PM.
