Good morning 🌸

It's windy and cloudy here. Fed the cats and now enjoying my morning coffee:) Today for a change I began with a ginger tea when I woke up instead of coffee.
Usually I'd have an early morning cup, then feed the cats, then some days have a second cup..

I'll begin slowly decreasing coffee. My aim is to have it once or twice a week for now, like I've managed for a whole year! I would have coffee as my weekly treat, on Saturday or Sunday. I'll get it slowly.

Now I like this change, to have ginger tea in the morning... Then postpone my coffee for later on.

I mean I do love coffee don't get me wrong.
But I prefer how my body learns to operate without it.

What else...Good, good..apart from windy and cloudy.

How are your mornings or evenings working out for you ?

Enjoy.
I miss times when I could drink ginger tea without starting to hiccup a few minutes later. 😅 I must have developed some intolerance to it. Still, ginger in curry is great and no issues with it there.

We're having a rainy and cloudy day today.

@CrazyMusicLover there're plenty of alternatives.. here I do have a lot of rosemary bushes... You know also you can boil the banana peel and make a relaxing tea ? But that's best for later on the day and not in the morning.
I think my all time favourite has been rose tea. In China I'd find those tiny rosebuds and enjoy it greatly..:)

But here I don't think there's something like that. I too like hibiscus and roibus. Hmm

@being Oooh, tea from rosebuds sounds very interesting. I wonder what it's like.

Lately I drink mint tea from dried leaves from our garden a lot. It's calming too.

@CrazyMusicLover here did a quick search and you can actually find it easily
I can't know about its quality but I guess you got to try...

It has a rich earthly yet heavenly aromatic taste, sweet and sour..mm

I like mint too, with lemon sometimes 😊
