I'm healthy and active enough to normally forget that I have fibromyalgia.

But when I have a flare up it takes me out completely. I've been in bed all day except for making a cup of tea. I hate it. I have goals, I have things I want to do, I have to be active with my son... But all I can do is lay here and feel the pain. My dog does love the all day cuddles though.

God bless you sweetheart, my heart goes out to you. I have a daughter who has fibromyalgia and she suffers every single second of the day or night.
She lives in WI and it's a horrible climate for her where it's so cold all the time there.
She's on Lyrica, have you ever tried it?

@Kygirl I cannot imagine living in a cold climate 😞 that must be so hard for her, m sorry. I live in Delaware and I'm moving to Arizona as soon as possible. The dry heat helps more than anything. I try to stay away from meds and luckily with diet and lifestyle I can keep the pain to a minimum but when it hits I am completely down.
