Does the changing of time and “springing ahead” affect you in any way?

Not so much anymore. Before I retired it meant getting up for work in the dark.

@bijouxbroussard Same here... and driving home in the dark! That and working all day in a building with limited natural light may be why I ended up with slight Vitamin D deficiency.

Though it would make little difference keeping the same time-standard all year because the hours of darkness would be the same.

@ArishMell My dad changes it one night for the 1 hour forward in winter. At Saturday 8pm he changes it 'Oh, 9pm goodnight' 🤣 but only if he has work Sunday morning 7 start. Move One hour back he's never fussed.
