10 : thirty pm

First day of the fasting month is almost over, it wasn't bad.

Obviously I don't participate in it for many reasons but I do have to adapt my timings with the people around me.
I managed to get out of bed for a couple of hours but I froze my butt of even though I didn't leave the house 🏡

I guess that's it, I was asked to do something for my job and I got it done.

The nurse is supposed to show up again, meanwhile I will watch some Batman.

@being Muslims fast from food and water from sunrise to sunset on this month every year and they do some religious stuff.

Wikipedia explains it better and saves me effort typing 👀

But either way I'm not Muslim any longer and chronically ill so I'm free from this however I participate in giving free meals to the poor and things like that.
Actually my brother doesn't fast either because he has health issues as well but he and the rest of the family are Muslims.

@PiecingBabyFaceTogether ohhh okay yes I understand! Christians are fasting too during this month. It's because of the Easter coming for them. If everyone fasts around this time, perhaps it's a healthy tradition.
I'll try to balance my diet the coming months too. Good luck with that.
