i felt a little worried today

i was at the supermarket and i saw a middle aged woman with grey hair holding a white stick in front of her, presumably because she had problems seeing with her eyes...or blind...and i felt empathy for her....but i also felt worried at the things that can happen to people in life and what if that happened to me....and it just worried me seeing her.

any thoughts?
