It’s a low rumble that never goes away now and rises appropriately in accordance with heightened risk. There are more situations with heightened risk now, seeing as you can get shot pretty much anywhere. I know the odds are in my favor, but walking past a security guard at the grocery store has a way of reminding you to be aware.
