This thread is for feet fetishists. These are called lotus feet.

They were an intentional alteration of feet bone structure done to girls in ancient china. Incredibly cruel standard of beauty imposed on women. The custom moved from the higher classes to the lower ones, and despite several emperors attempting to end it , they failed, until a century ago with the development of urban life.

I wonder which gender related customs of ours today will be looked at as ruthless by future generations.

Gender change surgeries for kids are a likely candidate. for future generations to judge as ruthless.

I said what I said.

Is that even common enough among -18 samples to be seen as relevant here in the context of gender roles and customs?

I don't think so. It is incredibly rare.

@BrandNewMan did you have one? You are a brand new man after all...
@Miram It is if you believe those pushing the agenda .. which I don't. There is also the fact some states are trying to remove parents from the decision process if the child expresses that desire. I'd certainly say it has reached a more problematic level in the U.S. than lotus feet is or ever will be.
@basilfawlty89 No, that's not the context of the user name at all.

Well I checked the statistics in the US. It is incredibly rare.

And nonexistent under 13.

🤔🤔🤔

So no, lotus feet were a NORM. You are just trolling and baiting here by bringing an exception.

Don't pollute myself with propaganda. I obviously asked about customs. Not political garbage.
@Miram You asked a question with no stipulation and I responded. That you don't like what was said does not matter to me in the least.

CUSTOMS

Not a rare irrelevant medical procedure used for propaganda and portrayed as common.
@Miram Harvard is hardly an objective source as evidenced by the leftist /woke b.s. that got their plagerizing president fired this past year.

As I said how you feel about it does not matter to me .. no matter how self-important a tone you use. It's as socially and morally relevant as your topic, most people in this country would say more so, in fact given the push to expand it's use.

@BrandNewMan

True. The words of an anonymous nobody are more objective than peer reviewed studies.

Lmao

@BrandNewMan Like the reasearchers who conducted the cited studies are somebodies, yes. And you are a nobody who want me to take your irrelevant opinions over their own studies.

Now take your political garbage propaganda and shag it in your behind. 🙇🏻‍♀

The relevancy here is decided by me as the writer of the thread. And it is about customs, not exceptions. This was not an opportunity for you to start a political argument over propaganda.

@BrandNewMan Here, I will make sure you understand 👀
