I was a first time home buyer during his administration. It sucked. Imagine buying a house when interest rates are 14+% with great credit. He was soft during the Iranian hostage crisis as well. Honestly, one of the poorer Presidents.
Once he was out of office, that was a completely different story. He was an incredibly charitable humanitarian.
