Do you feel I really creeped out the 2nd foreign woman today?
So as you all know I live in Bangalore in India but born in Siliguri in West Bengal in India and I am 23 and currently studying MBA and already talking with several girls in my University but I also have talked with foreign women who are expats in this luxurious mall named UB City in our city Bangalore which is in a very upscale neighborhood full of expats due to Bangalore being a major metropolitan city and the IT hub of India. So far I had mainly had good conversation with those expat women in the UB City mall and they were all white Caucasian women. Like 5 days ago, I talked with this expat woman from Germany who is 20 and studying Law in our city and in her final year now and she was dressing in the mall and before this 3-4 weeks ago I talked with another German woman who was 28-30 age range in a cafe and 3 months ago with another American woman who is 29 in a Cafe in UB City itself. Today as usual I talked with an expat woman who is from Luxembourg(about 27-30 age range) while she was strolling around in the mall. She was friendly too and we had a bit of a conversation but she eventually mentioned she lives with her husband here in Bangalore so unfortunately I couldn't connect further with her as she isn't single.
But again later, I saw this another expat woman walking on the sidewalk of the street near the UB City mall itself. She had blondish hair but she looked more Hispanic than white Caucasian(probably a Spanish) and she too looked to be 28+ age. I tried initiating a conversation as its a pretty posh and upscale neighborhood. So I said her excuse me to initiate the conversation while she was walking. She looked at me and when I was about to begin the conversation, she seemed uncomfortable and said me no no and said something and walked away and I also said her ok I am sorry and stood there still for a while until she walked far away. It was shocking as my previous conversations with the foreign women were really good and the women were friendly but they happened in the UB City mall mostly in the Cafes which are more relaxed settings there whereas with the Hispanic woman it happened on the street while she was walking and she was in her phone probably seeing Google map to reach somewhere and thats when I initiated a conversation with her. I am worried that I might have creeped her out even though I wanted to just have a genuine conversation with her.
