What's the most common way you hurt yourself, or allow yourself to be hurt?

Not know your own worth

Some times my "self talk" isn't very good. I have to practice positive thoughts constantly so the negative can't stay.🍀

Over thinking.

I am not allowing myself to be hurt when someone hacks my computer and listens to my conversations and spies on me. I did not allow that.

Holding myself to impossible standards with no mercy, and showing others WAY too much grace after they've continually proven themselves untrustworthy or toxic.
