Talked with another white foreign woman who is an expat in our city yesterday. Did I do the right thing?

Yesterday as it was a Saturday, I went to UB City again which is the most luxurious mall in our city Bangalore in India and there multiple foreigners there who are expats in the city as its India's major IT hub. I have talked with some expat women there before too and the most recent one was 2 months ago with an American woman. But yesterday inside the UB City, I saw a white blonde woman sitting alone in Cafe Noir which is a French style casual cafe. It was quite bustling as its Saturday and its a cosmopolitan place but eventually I went to the Cafe and ordered an espresso and then initiated a conversation with the white woman. I first said her excuse me and she responded. She was wearing sunglasses and she removed her glasses while talking with me and she literally had blue eyes which made her look so pretty. She is most definitely in her late 20s with possibility of her being in her early 30s at max(27-30 is the most possibility) and I am 23. So I asked her whether she works in Bangalore or not and she says she does and she is an expat and her work is remote. Then I introduced myself saying I am studying MBA and just came to UB City as its Saturday.

Then I asked her which country she is from and she said she is from Germany and then replied "Oh wow nice. Its actually one of my dream country to visit" and then she replied while smiling "Oh wow really?" and then I said I live in Bangalore for years but I was born in Siliguri in West Bengal state of India. Then I asked her how is she finding Bangalore and she said its really good and her only complaint is the traffic. Then I replied "Yeah I can understand about the traffic". Then I said her it was nice to meet you and she too said nice to meet you too and we did handshake. Then my espresso came and the conversation ended. It was a really decent conversation. Its sad that I probably won't meet her again and we couldn't connect further on social media like Instagram as we just met but it was definitely a confidence boost for me especially as I talked with such a pretty blonde woman with blue eyes.
