Struggling with life and how law enforcement doesn't do anything about it

I don't understand how people can stalk and harass you and the cops don't do shit ànd you can walk around for years saying you stupid assholes out loud and people don't listen or care

@Beautyineyes Honestly, it just doesn't make any sense. I understand the SW game but it was my family and coworkers that I was running away from.
