I would get sick and injured and depressed because I fought it. And the more I fought, the more those things would show up.
It's a law-of-attraction-based universe in which there's no such thing as "no." So, when I shout "yes" at something, I'm telling the universe, come to me this thing I want. But when I shout "no" at something, I'm saying to the universe, come to me this thing I do not want.
Anytime I push against something, I'm inviting more if it into my reality.

Absolutely well stated. Any focus of any kind onto anything, like you say, will attract that 'thing' to yourself.
That is why if you don't want Trump for example, you cannot say "I do not want Trump as the next POTUS".
What you have to say instead is precisely what you DO want, not what you don't want.
In this case we would ONLY say, "I want Kamala Harris as the next POTUS".
