My one neighbor who had the cookouts just pact up and left
He left me two outdoor tables with chairs and a gas grill that works great. But when he left he stole the ac unit out the trailer and left a big hole in floor

@Lilnonames I would not be surprised of the landlord presses charges, those a/c units are not cheap.
