When life gets wet

My property in Monticello hopefully is not destroyed because I would love to live a nice life and enjoy the rebuild that my dad invested in. But the property is heavily insured not only the value has gone up to 157,000 but I also have mortgage insurance built into the loan so that way the mortgage insurance pays the loan back if the place was destroyed I would buy new one for $100,000 and pocket 57,000 on top of it inheriting the property in Georgia. I will see a million dollars in my lifetime boys and girls as long as I can live long enough to see it. And that's on top of whatever I do with my business.
