Is that guy just a male friend or do you think he is her boyfriend?

So there is this new bubbly girl i met in my MBA and her name is Nitya. She is also 22 or 23 and I am 23 and we arent classmates and she is really pretty. We met last week but today was only our 3rd conversation in person and she is really friendly and bubbly and today i even asked her Instagram. But i saw her walking with some guy from her class. They are classmates but previously too I saw him dropper her to her dorm or PG on his motorcycle. Today i again saw him walking with her but I eventually I initiated conversation with her. He didnt seemed to mind tho that I talked with her and didnt act defensive or said anything when I asked her Instagram. Plus they were just walking normally and didnt really hold hands or something but he is good looking and seems to be outgoing and extroverted but I am quite taller than him but an introvert and look nerdy in my glasses. Should I really try to get to know her? We arent even classmates so she is more in close proximity with that guy or her male classmates than me.
