So me and this girl had a chat finally but it was short and no reply for hours again. What does it mean?

Yesterday I posted that I sent a message to this girl Shreya on Instagram who is in my University where we study MBA. She is within 21-23 age range and I am 23 and we are in the same year of MBA and currently in 2nd year(3rd semester) we even share some classes but we never talked in person before and thats because we weren't classmates in 1st year and only nowadays we share some classes. As I just got rejected by Dimple 5 days ago, I am looking to connect with more girls including Shreya. My first message was this "Hey there, whats up? You are also in MBA in *My University Name* in 3rd semester right?" She didn't follow me back so the message went to her message requests instead but she accepted the request and finally replied hours after accepting the message request. Her reply was just "yes" to my question. Then I replied "Cool Me too. I guess we also share some classes in our University". Then she replied "Maybe, I don't know." Then I replied "Yeah Maybe. Btw I sit on the full front seat during the classes." No reply from her yet and its been hours. She hasn't seen the text yet but I am worried whether she already ghosted me or whether she will reply when she can. We do share some classes so I am not a stranger but we never spoke in person yet.
