Crying tonight sadness has hit

I am crying tonight just feeling lonely empty & unloveable. Life has been cruel this past few years and I just want to be held and appreciated. Not expecting a happy ever after just some affection and attention would be nice.

It's very true you feel better when you learn that happiness comes in all sorts of ways.
