The last couple of days something weird is happening to me

I have flashbacks from events in various places in my life. Isn't it strange. Flashbacks as suddenly I would get a feeling and the memory and almost move towards the feeling of that place of the past, very fleeting flashbacks lasting few seconds each, but so frequent they are... and so spontaneous, that's why I'm noticing.
