Does it happen to you too, when near your bedtime

to suddenly have the urge to do all the chores I haven't done the whole day, go peel veggies and pack them, fold the laundry, suddenly all seems too exciting, I feel like a kid that doesn't want to put in bed ! But why ?
I'm overexcited.. but I'm trying to stay in bed and not stand up and do the works of the day.
My mind even dared before, for real trying to convince me that 11 pm is best time to get a coffee and party us, me and the brain for the whole night up, till the healing sunrise....🥺🌌🌠
