What’s the best type of cheese for you?

I like a Colby jack/cheddar blend.

Which off to the store to get because i want cheese suddenly

provolone, smoked gouda, etc.

i love experimenting with cheeses. My mother used to buy all sorts for the holidays. Great with wine, tho' I don't really drink wine much any more.
