I like a Colby jack/cheddar blend.

Which off to the store to get because i want cheese suddenly

Oh dont start me on cheese ! 😭

Im a chees-a-holic.

If i had my way, (which i often do as im my own dysfunctional adult😌), id have a platter nearly every other night for dinner🤗

I love the zing of hard blue cheeses, the gooey creamy smagooiness of Brie and neufchattel, the bite of cheddars, and the distinct flavours of gouda and edam....amd all those unique flavoured cheeses like pepper and lavender and chilli.

I'm still finding new cheeses to try ...so i dont know what my favorite is...yet.
