I have been listening to this interesting stuff on carbs. She goes by "Glucose Goddess". Her philosophy is that you should start eating food by having acetic acid then vegetables. Then you eat proteins and finish with carbs and sugar. It does not cause a glucose spike which makes us crave. Also by the time you start eating carbs you are already kinda full so it makes sense that way so I found it to be a very interesting idea where you dont really have to think too much about carbs harming you.
