What’s the last house/home, repair/disaster you had to deal with?

Our main drain clogged. The plumber came out and tried to snake it but the snake was probably 5 feet too short. He cut multiple holes in a basement room to get to a closer access point but couldn't find it. He came back the next morning with a longer snake and was able to get it thankfully. Had he not, we would have had to cut more holes in the wall of a different room.
