I'm finding more truth and being able to find deeper peace

I think I've been handling my life as an orgasmic person.
Been connecting with others through my sexual energy a lot.
Hard to explain.
Because I don't get it clearly.
But I understand, there's something that I do understand now.
Duh that's hard work !!!!!!

That's what all the West been doing in therapy ?
That's why I can swim topless in Europe and be okay ?

I will continue..

Figuring yourself out is really hard work for sure, but it sounds like you're making real good progress. I'm sure you'll get there, and can eventually explore sexuality again too, in a healthier way than before. But one step at a time. 🤗

@being oh yes, I didn't mean now. The idea in your other post to take a break from anything remotely sexual sounds helpful for the moment. But when you make more progress, you can get back into that. It is human nature and enjoyable, so there's no need to give up on it forever.
