Say honestly people is it too late for me to have luck with her as she has preconceived notions about me?

In my previous post, I posted about this girl named Shivangini in my class in my University where we are pursuing MBA. I am 23 and she is 24 now and she is quite pretty. At first she tried to talk to me but the conversations were shorter as I was shy and introvert and she too said me to not be so shy as it will be difficult when i start working. She is a North Indian girl who lived most of her life in Kolkata and I am Bengali born in Siliguri in West bengal but we both live in the city Bangalore now in south india. I like her strong personality and how confidently she talks. She even use hindi swear words directing towarss professors if she finds the lectures boring and she even skips classes. But as I am more introvert, she usually talks with other guys from our class. She still says me Hi sometimes and I say hi back and she tries to initiate conversations with me during group activities if we are in the same group but the conversations are short. I feel sad for wasting my time running behind my crush(ex-crush now) Akankshya who was in different classroom as she isnt into me at all. I feel i should have tried to talking more with Shivangini too instead of being shy. She has a preconceived notion about me that I am shy and awkward and as an introvert its hard for me to talk to her plus idk whether she has a boyfriend or not. Is it really too late for me with her? Currently we are having summer break from University and the next semester classes will start from August so what should I do?
