How can I find a girl similar to her?

As you all know I am pursuing MBA, there are several pretty girls in my University. I had crush on several girls like Anshika(who is 23) and even recently with this girl Akankshya(who is also within 21-23 age range) but even she isnt interested in me. But in this post i am talking about this girl Shivangini in our class. I am 23 and she is 24 now. She is also really pretty but unfortunately I created a kinda negative impression. During starting of our MBA, I was really shy and introvert and she herself has tried to talk to me and said i am too introvert and I should try to change as an MBA student or else it will be hard for me when i start working. Yeah i would just answer her but not initiate conversations. She is a North Indian actually but she lived most of her life in Kolkata in west Bengal and now living in my city Bangalore in India for her MBA. I am from Siliguri in West Bengal too but I am a Bengali and living in Bangalore for longer than she did. So yeah she was kinda curious about me but due to my shyness she wouldnt talk with me and chose to talk with other guys in our class and she might be having a boyfriend too but idk. I really like how much of a strong personality she has. Even the way she talks is really confident which is pretty much the opposite of how I am and I like it. She is quite skinny too btw. She does say Hindi swear words like Madarchod if she is bored with the teacher or during programs in the University auditorium and she even skips classes too whereas I am pretty regular to classes and I don't really swear unless super angry. She does still say me Hi a few times and I say Hi back and even tried to talk to me during group activities but the conversations were short. Now after Akankshya showed her disinterest in me and Anshika too is ignoring me after she got to know my crush on Akankshya, I feel sad that I shouldnt have been too shy near Shivangini and I shouldnt have wasted my 3 months running behind Akankshya. I feel its too late to try any luck with Shivangini as she knows I am a shy and awkward guy so she would never like me. So how can I find a girl similar to Shivangini? Will it be hard?
