There is a homeless man around here who, a few times a day has these yelling fits

Outside of my window right now he's been yelling for about 20 minutes about a variety of traumatic things, one of which being:

"They fkin took her to hills and beat the shit out of her"
"And cut her head off"

Most of what he says I can't understand. I'm quite sure he's schizophrenic or something similar. It's very sad

Someone walked by and said, "shut up, you fkin crackhead"

The homeless man said, "he's not a fkin crackhead!!!"

Wow and you guys have access to free health-care...imagine that times 20 and you got the usa. It's sad to see the people society has failed and others have no empathy

@empanadas it is really sad

And yeah, we do have free healthcare, but they have to want to be there. There are places they can live but they have to be clean

So typically they stay semi-clean for the winter, and then back out on the streets in the summer

But some of them are too out of their heads to really want to stay anywhere
