It's amazing how much kindness you can experience in just a block

I buy five gallons of water semi-regularly from the hardware store just down the street from me

On the way home (only half a block) people:

Held a door for me

Offered to help me carry the water jugs home

And then another person held the door to my building for me

Don't underestimate how helpful you can be ☺️ it made my trip so much easier!
