Woohooooo finally had a conversation with a foreign woman. Was it still strange of me tho?

Yeah i again came to this posh area of our city Bangalore to eat and was exploring the area. Due to Bangalore being the IT hub of India and a large metropolitan city, foreigners do come here as expats. Previously i tried initiating conversations with foreign women but failed. Today I saw this white Caucasian woman walking and I gathered some courage and said her excuse me and she looked at me and said yes and finally i began the conversation. I am 23 and she definitely looked anywhere within the 26-35 age range (late 20s is the most possibility). I asked her whether she works here in Bangalore and she said yes. She was smiling and being really friendly and i was pretty nervous as I am generally an introvert and my heartbeat was raising. I then introduced myself saying I am an MBA student studying in this University in the city and how I like meeting new people. Then i asked her where she is from and she replied she is from Germany and i replied oh wow its one of my dream country to visit. Yeah she is a German woman and she asked me where I am from and I said her that i was originally born in West Bengal state of India but living in Bangalore since 2008. She then replied oh nice and that she has been to Kolkata once. Then she said she has to go the other way to her apartment where she is living so we did handshake and said it was nice to meet you.

Unfortunately due to nervousness, i didnt ask her Instagram id and didnt even ask her name. She is really so pretty and has a pretty smile. Idk whether i will meet her or not again as idk when i will again go to that area. Plus idk whether she is even single or not. But I literally went out of my comfort zone today and talked with her. And whats best is both of us were comfortable during the interaction and I could see it through her smile.
