opinion on an adult "bed time"

When should a regular, functioning adult aim to go to bed?

Do you aim to get 7, 8, 9, 10 hours of sleep?

What amount feels "rested" to you and how old are you?

Depends on my workload and the time zone for the projects I’m working on. I try to be in bed by 9:30 PM and up by 4:30. But if I’m really busy I’ll be in bed by 8:00 PM and get up at 1AM.
