It feels nice to get into my bi-pap mask at the end of the day. It makes me relax and feel safe, most of the days I put it on and then spend half an hour or an hour on my laptop watching videos or drawing or listening to music or to watch half of a movie with a friend before he leaves to go sleep and I then get to sleep as well. All that happens while in bed btw.
