Do u support free housing for people down on their luck

OK before you lynch me, i dont know EXACTLY how it could work, I just suport this idea, but i see countries wasting so much money on shit thats not important (like for example here in Germany they have lots of metro stations decorated with some dumb shit https://www.visitberlin.de/system/files/styles/visitberlin_gallery_item_visitberlin_mobile_1x/private/image/U_Bhf_Paulsternstr_BIT_1225_c_LDA_Foto_Bittner_DL_PPT_0.jpg?itok=m5lZHJf_), it might as well be for them. What would make the most sense, for example free up to 1 year or how would ya see it

Absolutely. It’s better than allowing people to have to be homeless. Here, I understand it used to be part of public assistance. It wasn’t completely free, but a small part of the monthly stipend went towards housing, and the rest of the rent was covered by the state.

@bijouxbroussard like, think of, those ridiculous child support payments these rich guys are making. and its LEGAL. so they believe 10k would be better allotted to a mute baby than to the homeless?!

@NinaCherry Child support I understand. People should support the child they make. What I don’t understand in this day and age is alimony. Giving a grown person a monthly check because you used to be married. If you helped the person make their wealth (worked while they went to school, for example) then yeah, you should get a big chunk. But otherwise, why ?
