Why is it with some things that they're enjoyable at the time of action but later when thinking about them aren't as enjoyable ?

Is it because they're not that enjoyable anyways but we're advertising them much and are brainwashed ?

Think the build up is so great and you are so excited for it to happen, it seems great. Then you reflect and say really, that is all there was.
