I would call this a gluttony.

Hi. My whole diet has changed in the last year or two. Became diabetic, stage 4 kidney disease, and may 21st the rest of my upper teeth will be coming out. I'm down to 130 now. 2 or 3 years ago I weighed 190. I have lost my appetite alot. Alot of stuff I can't eat anymore. I've become addicted to sugar free candy. Am 60. I just don't want to suffer but the united states healthcare system is a joke, atleast for me, so they have and will see to it that I suffer as much as possible. They offered me Aleve for broken ribs and a broken wrist a few years ago. And many other examples over the years to prove to me that they are insane. The whole american justice system is insane too. I've given up on it. Ennui
